The Flexitext system offers a flexible pricing structure to suit all requirements. You can choose from the pay as you go option and buy credits as and when you need them, or you can choose to pay an annual fee to guarantee a set amount of emails per month. This allows you to send out large campaigns in a cost effective way.

All Flexitext packages include the following features: (Annual fee is only for the Pay as you go package).

• One-to-one personalization. Personalise your emails with your subscibers first and last name.
  
  
• Automatic link tracking. All links in your newsletter can be tracked to see how has followed the links in the email. This can be usefull to use when sending out a special promotion or service so you can direct users to a dedicated page on your website and see exaclty who went there to find out more.
  
  
• Automatically confirm your subscribers. Flexitext can automatically send out confirmation emails to adhere to double-optin standards, keeping your subscriber list free of errors and bad email addresses.
  
  
• Unlimited number of contacts - send emails to unlimited contacts, you just need to have enough email credits in your account.
  
  
• Sign-up form code for your existing website - we'll send you code for inclusion on your site so users can sign up automatically.
  
  
• Advanced tracking and reporting. Flexitext automatically tracks and reports how many subscribers open your emails, which links they click on, etc. Then, from the control panel you have complete access to this tracking data in easy-to-view reports.
  
  
• Automatic unsubscribe requests - Users can easly unsubscribe from your mailing list at any time. All emails sent out contain an unsubscribe link.

Note: All costs are based on an annual subscription to the service. Minimum term is 12 months paid in advance. Credits are purchased on an on-going basis. All prices are exclusive of VAT @ 17.5%.
